At LCC we aim to win, but we also understand the importance of playing to ability and utilising individual player strengths. Player growth is at the heart of the club, encouraging both juniors and seniors to strive for improvement and to be competitive all season long.

The Lancefield Football Netball Club Incorporated acknowledges the Dja Dja Wurrung and Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung Peoples of the Kulin Nation, who are the traditional custodians of the land on which we play and we acknowledges and pays respect to the past, present and future Traditional Custodians and Elders of this nation and the continuation of cultural, spiritual and educational practices of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples.
